detailing exactly wtf he's been doing wrong, without ever really personally attacking him, but also not making excuses for him
it's meandering, but the short outline early on really captures the feeling
"Rob, you're not really an active part of this community anymore, and we're not going to go along with your bullshit if you don't even try to meet us half-way"
