Sure, use TwitchLink or Twitch Downloader
so VODs
TwitchLink is better, but they abide by the sub-restricted DL block
Twitch Downloader has the chat DL function built in too
there are lots of cli tools, but those are the two good gui ones
His chats on screen so I think thats fine
and then there are browser extensions, if you want to do it in browser, but TwitchLink works perfectly if he's not sub-gating VODs
