dolf, cheapest non slums district was where we bought, costs 20 gold for a plot
that took like 5+ hours for 4 of us to get
not including the blocks
the next cheapest is 50 gold
and then it jumps to 100, 150, 200, 999
etc
Any plots you see in the more expensive districts are either guilds of like 10+ people all afk fishing 24/7 with multiple alts
or more often, people who were given admin
