naw
none of the dice rolls were staged but when he wanted a certain event he would keep pushing stuff towards it
like deadbones escaping i believe he specifically said he made him roll a ton of times so he could succeed
in season 3 it just became full on the rails obvious but
before that it was more subtle
like realistically the porc hunters mirror moment is exactly the same if he rolls a 1 or a 20
and theres plenty of campaigns with similar endings that didnt have any crazy rolls
mostly s1
and the mirror literally never came up again p sure lol
most of robs on the rails stuff is cause he was setting something up
dont think he'd bother staging something if it didnt mean anything at all
