but if he misses one of those, he'll just loop around to the next one

Off them and on something not prescribed to him. It still looks like amphetamines, but it also looks like the removal of antipsychotics or CNS depressants, so he could just be drinking an epic fuckton of caffeine and having that response.

Rob's game design skills were always on-point
PowerJuice and Revenge of Cookie were his biggest "misses" and even they were still fun

This is one of the reasons why I view DvZ boomers with contempt over how they would rather want a game to stay stagnant rather than evolve to something greater as time went on
I agree, the purists wanting a return to DvZ pre-loadouts were holding onto a game that had a shelf life (nostalgia aside)
but I do not think Rob is currently trying to make good games that stand on their own
The Post gym era DvZ fans were alwaya the most annoying people to me
