I assume <1% of channels paywall vods, so I doubt anyone cares

ok, I've fixed Twitch's problem
the actual HLS stream is no longer connected to the webpage for sub-only VODs but I was able to figure out a workaround
I really do just think Twitch has broken this feature for all streamers, and literally no one paywalls VODs so it doesn't affect enough people to notice
Friday's stream is encoding, should be live in <1 hour
Aaaand just got through all the pinned msgs. Wow. I really hope for the best for rob but man some of those are really bad
