At minimum
he actually did nothing this year, I get that he's still proud of the "not streaming games" thing
but he didn't even do any sort of community projects like he normally does
he just had a 9-hour one-way vc with his 20 fans
got ~$300 from one whale
and wasted his Christmas
I mean he always wastes his christmas tbf
when he was actually putting on a show, it was fun
his holiday streams were amazing for years
they got worse, but were still usually pretty fun when he put effort in
if he's going to phone it in like he did this year though, it's as much a waste for him as it is for the 20 people who watched
Those 20 people don't seem to care though is the problem

so the tldr as I know it is he asked for shit ton of money to continue urealms obviously he didnt get it, he like spurned everyone else involved with urealms, he then later deleted all of his old content because he was salty people liked that more
and hes just generally mentally unstable

after Urealms Live went off the rails at the start of S4, Rob kind of bumbled around for a few years progressively alienating everyone who liked him, old fans, new fans, friends, family, neighbours, etc.
the mental issues he's (not) properly dealing with seem to manifest in a dozen different ways
and it's hard attributing why he's so absolutely self-destructive
I still like Rob's old stuff, which is why I run the archive, I cut Rob more slack then anyone else here I think
but the way he treated Megan when they broke up, was really fucked up
the mental breakdown he had in 2019, during/after Urealms S4E1 was so much bigger than people saw on stream that week

Rob literally ran away from home, to show up at a random streamers house that he was "in love with" who had a bf who then spent the better part of the next week calming Rob down and convincing him not to kill himself
and then earlier this year, back in May/June, Rob had another severe mental breakdown that led him to get committed to a mental hospital in Canada for the maximum allowed 1-month holding period
He's lightly medicated now, but I think in a lot of ways whatever he's taking is bringing out some of his worst character flaws
anyway, that's my short-ish summary

and his attempts to extract money from his remaining fans by paywalling them on YouTube is even dumber
he's only even bothered to upload ~100 videos to my knowledge, and the total number of folks who paid into it is on the order of 2 dozen, less now that some have dropped
