cali is 7.25%, ontario is 14%

property tax ranges by city in canada, lowest I see is 0.5, highest I see is like 1.5

The only thing I think cali might lose to ontario is is property, and that depends where in ontario you live
dude unless social security tax is like
50% of their income
they are not paying more than canada
our tax rates everywhere else is so much higher
I think the only provice that might be close to california is alberta
because they do not have provincial tax
Canada has higher tax rates for sure
but in America you still pay 30-50%
it's just split up many different ways
instead of one nice number like Canada gets
