I question if Trudeau would lose if it was as you said
Usual PM support is high, then it tapers off until they lose
The problem is, the conservative party keeps running shit candidates
The one guy committed embeslement, I forget what the other two did but they were shit too
Harper was the last effective leader of the con party
NDP has the same issue where their leader is shit, last guy was more likable
cons also loosing votes to the peoples party, the new farther right party that popped up recently
So I think it will be minority lib governments for the next while in canada
Until cons find an actual not shit leader
Canadians don't tend to give a shit about controversy like that
for politicians
The financial controversys hit Trudeau harder

I think the most daming part is not the pictures
its that his mom was aquantences
I mean yeah, he should not be able to mandate that. The buisnesses should just do it themselves
US buisnesses should also actually do sick days properly to encourage people who are sick to stay the fuck away from others
that also seems reasonable
health care works have a higher duty of care than someone who works at wallmart
thats wrong too
but requiring healthcare workers to be vaccinated is reasonable
all evidence I have seen is it lowers the risk of being in the ICU
which is the most important part
I think in ontario its something like 40% vaccinated, 60% unvaccinated in the ICU, but 80% of ontario is vaccinated
yes I am aware about how viruses in general work
also they can mutate to be more severe, its just natural selection leads to the less severe, more transmissible ones to become dominant
and thus take over

you can have unbenificial adaptations take over
as long as they are not too much of a hinderance
