the "13 year old kid" has a handgun

yelling at him to stop
could have died a black hero and shot at the cops

what justification do they use to pull you over though?
in VA, when they setup DUI checkpoints they need a special order from the state government, and there are strict limits
random searches are unconstitutional (for us)
just feels like an alien concept to me..... how often do they pull random people over?
