We don't get nearly enough Canadian politics in this channel
I like how the NDP platform isn't even that retarded (aside from this)
but their platform uses the most cucked language possible
their platform is equal parts isolationist and imperialist which is funny
Fuck the rest of the world, but they should also do what we say
NDP likely will never win
even though the federal party and provincial party are different, the one time NDP held office in Ontario, they were fucked up so bad that they have never come close to winning since

I just don't understand how political parties can be this mismanaged
globally, I don't get it
if you're a 3rd party, you need strong single issue support to gain ANY sort of relevancy
you can't be a "blow up the whole system" 3rd party and get more than 1% of the vote
NDP is not a 3rd party by US standards
it basically is though
they are a main party by US standards
they often win 2nd
same as the Lib-Dems in the UK
beating out the conservatives or libs

Canada is effectively a 2.5 party system tbh
libs and conservatives, and NDP is capped at opposition where they can kind of force the libs to do some crazy shit sometimes to get support
