concealed carry vs open carry is always weird
I don't think they ruled that
despite what Breaking 911 says
but they likely have "shall issue" permits anyway
idk how Hawaii works
but every state differs whether they dislike handguns or long guns, and whether they dislike open carry or concealed carry
so one will have no limitations
and the rest will have some
the confusing part is going between state lines
ok I looked it up Dolf
Hawaii is the only state that restricts all 4 categories
and NYC
legally they maintain they are "may issue" states
but chose to issue zero permits
I predict the ruling will say states need to offer "some avenue"
which all other 49 states do
and hawaii will have to pick which of the 4 categories they hate the least
to issue selective permits for
the fucked thing is knives are 100x harder to get
than guns
