I think moving out or not is a pretty easy calculation

Most people move out for job opportunities

Even then it's a pretty risky move to make if your profession isn't already secured

But like, worst case scenario you're out 1 months rent

Unless you sign a dumb lease

rent here is like $600 a month for a 2 bedroom

One of my moms friends son had an appartment in la but moved back here and he saves so much money from taxes

I lean more towards Mint here, but at the same time I've seen people screw themselves financially by moving out at 18 because they felt like they were "supposed to"
