This is just an interesting and brazen use of their power on a target one step more notable then their usual targets
they do this all the time to small companies to bury them

unless a court order declares the site to be actively doing illegal things, they should not be allowed to decide that a company should not be allowed to spend and receive money
proven that pornhub actively allows it, or that they insufficiently remove it, or that it just exists on the site
