So, in certain counties, they would have have X voters registered on November 1. So, if 100,000 were registered to vote on November 1, let's say that 70k people voted that were already registered to vote, and 35k registered to vote and voted on the same day. Making it 105% of registered voters.

If its user error, aka retard entered their ballot wrong, throw it out
Regardless of who is cheating and by how much, I don't trust vote counters

Scantron cards can be read by a machine. Just make all votes scantron
The idea of trusting someone not to fudge the numbers when counting by accident, let alone malliciously is insane to me
