my school makes you either take english courses or pass an exam that proves you have a basic level of competency
I passed the exam
so I never took any
my school overaccepts students by like 200%
then tries to fail out the extras by 2nd year
they like the 40-50k a term tuition
internationals have to pay
they are capped at increasing my tutuion by something like 1% a year
no cap on internationals
