basically parliament can declare they are going to ignore section 2
its one of the most controversial parts of canadian politics, and it was only included to appease the french

unless you close your borders indefinitely, there's no way to maintain freedom and contain the virus
China's doing a great job now, but their approach just wouldn't fly in a free country
they are doing a good job at this point, their numbers were fake at the begining for sure
but now they've used their autoritarian jackboot to quickly crush any outbreak

If people remember, in 2012 the polls were wrong in the other diretion
and republicans were actually -3 or -4
I don't think polls will ever be acurate again
because there's no reliable way to contact and poll people in a statistically nuetral way
all polls have to adjust, those two seem to just correct a whole lot more
national polls and even statewide ones don't tell you much
