I don't think the margins will be razor thin in most states, which is what it would take to get the courts involved
Because each state had the right to set their own election rules
they can't change the electoral math
but just like Maine and Nebraska
if they wanted one electoral vote to be awarded soley by a blind Indian shaman
they could do that
all a state has to do is nominate a delegation to cast their votes in the electoral college
they can write the rules about how that delegation is picked, how they are to award their votes, etc
