They all live in Virginia
though most rent/share an apartment or rowhouse a block or two from capitol hill in case they need to stay nearby

ok, this whole clip is really funny
imo its a good thing that she is recording that. she is not getting in their way. the cops serve us, the people. i wont comment on wheter the shooting itself was necessary. but glad it was recorded from the perspective of the citzens, as we all know the public servants love to 'lose' evidence/body cam footage. if they are acting within the law, as servants of the people then the should have nothing to hide or cover up. I am also very against public servants wearing face masks for this same reason. if you dont want to be assoicated with your actions, why are you doing them in the first place

it is especially valuable due to who is doing the recording. no evidence is impartial. the body cam is biased, but so is the recording from citzen observer. no video recording can trufuly capture an incident like this. but having the two opposed viewpoints is better than not
