true!
That would be going into politics
hence, you would not be a good person
Anyways anyone who wants to win in politics
A) is angry enough about a specific thing to want to do it to deal with that specific thing
B) Is a vain, evil person who should never win
99.9% of politicians are B
local level you can get some of A
A sometimes the thing they are angry about is the current guy in charge
I feel like the vain self-important politicians are less evil than the 3rd group
C) They intend to personally enrich themselves
Sure I guess you can split B into a vain group and that
the vain ones are usually bad by virtue of being beholden to interests around them, in order to maintain their status
Either way, there is only one group that is actually good, and almost no politician is that group
agreed
Part of the issue is in order to get into politics, you need to be allowed to by one of the two political parties, who will only pick a candidate they feel brings them value
even at local levels
Its a bit less awkward at the local level with the Canadian system, but similar problem
I kind of like the meme european countries that have 11 or so political parties, since you can actually have niche issue man win
Germany's system is interesting where the political parties have to form coalitions in order to "win" the government. The only issue it has is that there's a rule that they are banned from forming coalitions with the rightmost party because they're scared of nazis, so they just inherently are banning democracy.

Thats how Canada works to for the record
we just have way fewer (viable) parties so it is less extreme
It is common for the liberals and the Quebec sepratist party or the NDP to form a coalition to give liberals a minority government
Replying to TinyBomby #tinybomby all I know is that the Prime Minister did blackface
ex Prime Minister, unless Carney was up to some wild shit when he was running the bank of Britian
You are learning the Canadian way already
apologizing and all
Anyways, I like the fact that you either need to do so well that your party has a mandate to lead, or you have to form a coalition to form the government
I think it is a good system more or less
I also would not know how to spell his name
since he was PM becfore I was aware enough to know about politics
Although I also fuck up Trudaeu's name constantly, but his name is just hard
He is currently daying katy perry btw
if no one saw that news
after his divorce with his (previously his teacher) 20? year older than him wife
wait
I didn't know that
looked it up
it's real?
Yeah
how did the prime minister of a country, have the time to chat up a pop star
or the desire to
that's weird af
He was not a very good leader
That's just so strange to me idk
What about Toronto
I will look at Toronto tomorrow when I am there Kribbles
I am on a bus stopping there for 1 hour waiting for another bus then leaving
I would only ever willingly go to Toronto to pass through, or to go on a grand phijkchu adventure

Reduced air pollution is making clouds reflect less sunlight
Between 2003 and 2022, clouds over the North Atlantic and Northeast Pacific became less reflective, allowing more sunlight to reach the ocean surface and causing sea surface temperatures to rise.
