but what's the point of security guards if you can just shout at them and they retreat
I think in a lot of Europe countries they have laws that basically make security guards useless. The people robbing the place have more rights to rob than the security people have the right to secure. Security guards placing their hands on someone or getting into a physical altercation basically allows the person to sue the guard and win instantly.

we had this argument before, I'm still maintain that the language of that amendment is worded in the least enforceable way possible had invites loopholes like this, even if it's clear the *spirit* of it is to prevent someone being president for more than 2 terms or 10 years

in alberta news, the remain side seems to have triggered the referendum because they for some reason collected enough signatures on an anti-separation petition and submitted it
