The new Leonardo DiCaprio movie was good in regards to every movie I'd seen since the 2010s was so shit (outside of Dune). If it were released in the 90s, it would have been a flop I feel. I don't like being a hater and I did enjoy it, but so many frustrating parts where 20% was random loose ends for no reason.

We go unpaid from the government until they pass the budget. So, if we have internal funds, we can tap into those until then. If we run out of internal funds, then we get forced leave without pay since there is no source of payment at the time.
