You can't sue someone for being a retard though
Ok I'll rephrase, you can sue anyone for anything
But as far as legal fiduciary responsibilities, a CEO doing dumb things isn't going to lead to a case with any merit
I think Starbucks was the company you're thinking of, and I don't think that's going anywhere either
The CEO has to actively be doing things to tank the company knowingly or at least in a way that a sane person would understand would tank the company
at least thats what I assume as far as suing would go
