When the tornado hit St. Louis, the part that was most damaged did not get a siren which caused 5 people to die. The woman in charge did not press the button to sound the siren or have anybody in charge of pressing the button when there was warnings of this storm a week out. She fucked up her job so bad that the fire department has full responsibility of the sirens.
Hawaii did it too
No joke, I think it's related to how we're raised with fire alarms in school, where it's a federal hate crime or whatever to pull it as a prank

I went out and helped some people on Saturday, it was an extremely damaging storm. I am suprised only 5 people died.
