I think a lot of Canadians would take the ability to freely go to the US no strings attatched if it meant literally nothing else
it would be pitched that way too, given how cloesly connected the two countries are, how many families span the border and how much the border economies are tied with their direct neighbours
I also think a good number of people from the US (mainly nothern US states who might have a reason to) would probably take the reverse as well, if you sold it to them
