This targeted phase I predict will cap out at ~2k per-day
if/when they start moving to larger round-up operations, we'll see days in the 5-10k range
I don't think it's feasible to get far beyond that without enlisting the military to support ICE operations
I'm lumping that in with "military"
will be interesting how much they scale in terms of field agents

Virginia is red, the Northern parts are never going to like Trump though

their sessions were in DC most of the time, it was only twice they had to move North I beleive
Lee's intent was to fight a defensive war, back when that was the advantageous military tactic (pre-Franco-Prussian War)
a lot of his success was due more to the North's failures than his own grand strategies, the majority of great US generals stayed loyal
Once the economic plays didn't come to pass, and US exports were stymied, defeat was likely inevitable, even had the war entered a stalemate phase
given historical knowledge now, I do think the North would win 7-8 times out of 10
but we live for that other 25%
I mentioned this in VC a couple months ago
this is my favorite never-taught part of the civil war
where DEI lost the North a major battle
they had sappers tunnel under the Confederate army, and explode cache of tnt, creating a huge crater
but then because they wanted the headlines to be about African Americans earning a major victory, the order of battle was to have the all-African regiments charge to the top of the crater and then shoot into it
but instead they all rushed into the crater, fell into it, dragged more normal soldiers in with them
and then were decimated by Lee's army
Unit after unit charged into and around the crater, where most of the soldiers milled in confusion in the bottom of the crater. Grant considered this failed assault as "the saddest affair I have witnessed in this war.
