Bloc is the party that only runs in Quebec and only tries to push for things Quebec wants
that is why it is a meme for them to become official opposition
they literally only run for 1/3rd of the total seats available
whereas every other party runs country wide
Both are more left (by canadian standards)
Quebec would rather be in Canada than the US, they are even more forcfully secular than the rest of Canada.
