The five-point plan includes:

- A "Digital Bill of Rights" to safeguard Americans’ online freedoms.
230 is easy to fix and would be a good step,
digital bill of rights doesn't mean anything really,
other 3 are kinda impossible but you can probably do somehting minor and declare victory
