If you're gonna be a complete utilitarian, then yes Trump wasn't allowed to push his agenda forward because the establishment was against him

it effects his working relationships with his fellow politicians as well as the common people who elect him. Morale is an important aspect that cannot be disregarded when it comes to working on a team

In a perfect world Trump would make his silly tweets and people would no their place, but its not a perfect world

It's fine to work for votes but if you do it in a way that alienates those not voting for you then it creates a lot of problems for your eventual term

The one upside of Biden is that he would basically forget to pick up the phone for Israel
