you soak them to get the starch out
why would you not peel them
They are fine not peeled
then 1/4 of your fries are going to have skin on one side

ok fine fine, I'd never not soak them though
they turn out really good, but not so good that I ever feel the need to make them
baking, I do not have a deep fryer

an air fryer is just an oven
I got a really nice 2 compartment air fryer with seperate cooking
I love mine, but it's its own thing
First time I had them was when my wisdom teeth were out
