That is an overt act of war, I don't think its possible to not respond to that
when its border skirmishes or targeted sabotage against infrastructure, it's borderline
but seeding tens of thousands of consumer electronics with in-built CA devices
is over the line, and has been since the Cold War
it'll get marketed differently to American boomers "they were only targeting terrorists, you hate terrorists"
