I think we need medical reform, so random cosmetic procedures don't cost $5M
so I'm not going to get on some high horse about insurance covering/not covering it

you should totally be allowed to do it though, and clinics can spring up that specialize in doing it, but it is a niche and invasive elective cosmetic procedure that I think is wholly removed from actual medical treatment
