Nigel farage is trump
not in policy or anything, but he was backed by Sargon of Akkad during 2016, so it counts
the indian guy currently in charge is jeb bush
Labour is left, conservative is right
they have fun parties, and the whole strategic voting thing is kind of accepted as gay so they don't do that (mostly)
their system only works because people don't vote for the "lesser of two evils" like in America

there are like 10 other semi-regional parties
Wales, N.Ireland, and SNP are the big 3 regional ones
SNP also lost all their seats this time

I think all their voting only requires 51%
Either way, this is deserved though, conservatives did nothing for the last decade of being in power unopposed

Since you can form coalition gocernments (i. e, liberals do not have enough seats so they partner with bloc quebecois to form the government)
labour has a supermajority. Having a non coalition government is not common
they will have more power than is typical
when we use it, it's because the US has different majorities needed for different kinds of legislation
