I agree global warming is a thing
I also believe that it is laughable to try and force normal people to give a shit when the main culprites do not give a shit
ban private jets and audit factories if you care so much
You know what uses a lot of energy and is not needed 99% of the time? Huge office buildings
but we can't not have those, real estate needs their money
invest in technology and aim to teraform the earth however you want

In space, people are feigning concern that we're launching too many satellites, and will create all this space junk

I like drinking with straws, even if technically it introduces a small amount of additional microplastics
removing the straw would probably make it easier I agree, considering they have to produce the straw seperately then attatch it to the box via glue

even when I used to get the fold-open milk cartons in school
I'd still jsut get a straw
They do not sell them as singles
my dad's not a straw guy though, he'll still get one and just fold it up to play with it
when we go out to resturants
they are in 16 packs wrapped in plastic around the entire thing
so you are not loosing the straw for these
