It's weird how some people are sucked completely into politics and can't fathom others who genuinely don't care

its why people get all spun up with the "everything is political" debate over games/movies

some people really can't separate themselves as individuals, West is in-general way better at it
but the view that you are a unit of a larger society, and that thinking individualistically is bad, is fairly normal or even perhaps the majority elsewhere
the "get politics out of games/movies" vs the "everything is inherently political" debate is just people not being able to come to terms with that
