there's this aspect of, "we can unilaterally take away your rights", but protect certain things judges can't fuck with
As I understand it though, if it seems like the defendant is infringing on someone elses right to any of those, the judge is allowed to take away the defendants right to any of those
And I think free speech is one of those and there's precedent that gag orders infringe on free speech
that's what I mean though, I think in Trump's case it's something that *should* be protected, but isn't
But otherwise gag orders are unconstitutional. Ye, it'd be good though if any of his lawyers could like, bring it up
a judge can throw out testomany, strike statements from legal record, remove you from your own court hearing, etc.
