No, it's usually spdef with iron defense/curse + body press

curse vs body press iron defense basically
Curse sounds worse but I've seen a few scenarios where they got screwed because they fought a ghost type or scream tail and body press was the only strong move

boy do i love the health bar for the raid charizard to go all the way down then magically pop back up with 30% health
and i do love it going all the way down again then popping back with 10%
