There's also an inaccessible lv80 Arceus @ Hall of Origin with 2 references to text lines that are not currently present in the game. dp_scenario2 is conveniently missing 6 lines of text at index 312. Some ported content might be forever inaccessible, similar to SW/SH's Victini.

No shiny locks for starters, legendaries, Arceus, Darkrai or Shaymin. Though the gift Mew and Jirachi are shiny-locked.
