Sorry I missed you question Vinny
Rise's multiplayer is fine
the game is really mediocre, so I don't think it matters much
no obvious issues with MP, but I don't think it's exactly a super popular game anyway
As long as it isn't terrible, I guess the test run of the new system was decent
I don't think the Rise launch went super well
the franchise is hella popular
the demo/beta launch
it's a 50 run beta
Mostly for them to test the multiplayer I'm thinking
That was what I assumed
Since it's the first to use the new system
it really pushes you to MP
there is no reason I'd play Rise over World or over MH4
zero
if the reason is "it's on Switch"
that's a terrible reason
3DS, Playstation, or PC all have vastly superior games (not judging content volume)
I mean for some people that's all they need
That said I've never played a monster hunter game so
I was very hyped for Rise, played enough to know I have no interest ever picking it up again
which is a shame
but hey, the Monster Hunter Board Game is right around the corner
I'm sure that will be great
Wirebug was fine, it's just like the hook in Iceborne
I like/dislike both about equally
If you play super aerial, maybe they're more fun
it serves no purpose though
if you could fight worth a damn from your paliko's back, then maybe
nonono
monster mounting is great
yeah the dog thing is what I thought you meant
we played different games
I'm glad they got it running well on Switch I guess, seemed like it didn't drop below 30FPS
would have been bad if it had been dipping lower
The combat is fine, the systems around the combat are far worse to me
