Apparently the article says 505 Games has something to do with it, however doesn't state the developer, I liked the first two so I hope it isn't some cash grab thing, which would be weird as that is a really strange thing to cash grab.

None of the Tapus get the terrain moves. Tapu Bulu doesn’t get Grassy Glide, Tapu Koko doesn’t get Rising Voltage and Tapu Lele doesn’t get Expanding Force.
