It looks like the Galarian birds, Regieleki, Regidrago, Glastrier and Spectrier will be part of the group of legendaries allowed in official tournaments.
In The Crown Tundra, similarly to how you could find Alolan Ditto all over the Isle of Armor, you can find footprints.
If you find every footprint then you can battle Terrakion, Virizion and Cobalion.
