ACE is usually not considered for those beyond a passing "with ACE its this" considering its the less interesting category
but thats cool that they found ace
I wouldn't say ruins because people just run non ACE
it gets popular for like a week or so until people are satisfied with it, then the category dies
Wind waker has already been crushed in recent years though with all the shit they figured out
crazy that when I started watching speedrunning, barrier skip was a big meme
I think the funniest speedrun stuff is when they have to use external tools to do it properly
like when they have to use a metronome
Bananza also just came out, the dust has not even settled for however the speedruns for that is going to look
