Before Kirby for sure
Fire Emblem is pretty much dead to me. I will probably just keep replaying the older, better ones. They would have to do another remake to get me interested.

Echoes was great, but wasn't *new*
and I think Fates was divisive
Awakening was huge, and saved the series
just like TreeHouse
divisive in that people didn't buy the DLC
people played Birthright and were done

I had zero desire to play that game again

Sorry. Like a lot of people, I have not played Engage. I did not like Awakening or Fates besides the gameplay of Conquest.
Best I've played is Path of Radiance, but all from Thracia to Radiant Dawn are great imo.
