magic - big wallet (maybe all 3 bank rewards, 5k is a lot though and you might not have enough time) - lens of truth (you can back walk to get past the boulders on the path up the mountain) - bomb bag

those are the major things I know for a fact you can get

plus a bunch of misc heart pieces

you can buy it in the shop

majoras mask in 2 pauses they just buys it

how does moonfall affect your inventory in this?

In most randomizers I’ve played you keep quest items, like the deeds, anju quest, etc and can switch between them in the item select menu. Whatever the most recently obtained is what it defaults to in case of moonfall/time reset

Until you give it to whoever is meant to accept it, I think

I mean, does failing to obtain ocarina and song of time wipe your progress?
