pika its a really fast pokemon with spore, but its ability is like reverse prankster
it's kind of to incentivize using moves that aren't spore because it makes status inflicting moves negative priority but guaranteed accuracy but people will use spore anyways because ooga booga

Toedscruel was given the unique ability to status both garganacl and gholdengo, even though its stab moves beat both of those anyway
