The weirdest thing about the 3 OST is the track names being different than expected
Like I was looking for Alpha's battle theme and he isn't mentioned anywhere in the insert, so I'm about to go looking through the 9th disc to see if this one I think might be it actually is

Scarlet's legendary looks better
you also don't really use them to fight in the main game
so idk if it matters, if this is a ROM and you're not going to use them competitively

The Scarlet one looks kinda derpy with the big ass wheels that do nothing here
I prefer the returning pokemon on the left to the right
so that is my vote for which one to play
I like tyranatar more then I like salamance

I circled all the pokemon I like from both
@xBrox_54 he doesn't like the skunk 💀
was never really a fan of it
I also just don't really care for most of the gen 4 pokemon
I have a bias if I recognize the pokemon
I always liked flygon more than salamance anyways
from gen 3 pokemon who fill a similar aesthetic niche
I do appreciate that fact
