I can't take the defense of game prices seriously from anyone
just they will never sell below the industry standard price ever for a flagship game regardless
Max, you called it first, you still get credit for that
which is why they want to raise the industry standard so they can sell them for more
Switch pricing feeling incredibly bad
since Nintendo games are $20-$30 games
with the occasional $50 one
any price for a game is extortion
I got Puyo Puyo Tetris for like 20 CAD
and it came with a keychain
that was a based purchase
3DS games were way bigger
than most switch games
charging money for a digital game is the equivalent of a store charging you money to draw a picture of an apple they sell
there is no actual product you take from them
I agree that digital games should all be like 30 dollars
at most
they've brainwashed retards Pika
we've lost
the same people who can't understand how a developer can "support" a game without releasing DLC
"We need to support the devs by buying at 100 dollars a game" follwed up by whatever multi billion dollar company just bought out their studio laying off half of the devs anyways
when most game companies are making record profits, even excluding mobile/gachashit
and now regional pricing and digital distribution
means anyone can now buy your stuff
Other than nintnedo where there is literally zero choice in the matter, I will not buy full priced games anymore. If a game is not like 50-70% off (or naturally just cheap) on steam, I am not buying it
(other than weird JP PSP game ofc)
Redfall was 70
right
Starfield will be 70 and be less of an improvement from skyrim than TotK is from BotW
I think we get a Starfield delay
which will be funny
I will enjoy Starfield
but have no idea what to expect
expect it to be broken on launch
I REALLY think we get a delay
to 2024
I've never played a bethesda game, is starfield a good one to start with or should I go dig out my unopened copy of Skyrim
well you shouldn't do that
because it'll be the worst version of Skyrim probably
Skyrim is fun, I will never touch it again
assuming it's an old console version
but it was fun to play at least once
ok, so it might have all the stuff then
Anniversary I think?
idk what version people play tbh
steam
Prolly PC for mods
steam is the correct version
Pika
there are so many steam versions
oh yeah I forgot they release the game every year
to make more money
and 3 different modding baselines
buy skyrim VR vinny
thats the correct one
