I think if Engage enbraced the MC being 60 IQ, it would be the best story in the series
the whole "tard wrangling a god"
is such a great concept
you can say that for a lot of non-character MC games
especially when they shower you with unconditional praise
like "wow you are such a genius", etc.

That said, the VA work for the Engage MC is 10/10
and I PROMISE you
when recording lines, they were told to sound clueless and aloof with any complex topics
but NAIL simple support lines and their inner monologue
I think the VA direction is carrying the story
should have a game where the MC has extremely eloquent, precise inner dialogue, but all of their actual dialogue is like that one time garbage was in VRchat
