RPGs like that are honestly not really my thing
Sawano is more known for good vocal music. So its just outright different and not really fair to compare to 1 or 2
2 has a good ost, I think 1 is more impactful, although maybe thats because I know the full story of 1 so the music resonates more

X has a fantastic ost
So ost wise I’d say 1 had better and more memorable cutscene music, while 2 had better gameplay battle music
I can’t comment on x since I haven’t played it but sawano being the composer does pique my interest
