I never finished tp, would agree it is very good
best is probably OoT, subjectively I prefer MM
not counting 2d zelda because I do not play many of those
TP was my first real Zelda, but even lil'Spook wouldn't have said it was my favorite

honestly, what someone needs to make is a super zelda randomizer. Every entrace point is linked to another, but the pool of enterence points is all of OoT, MM, TP, and WW
and you have to complete all 4 games to win
and all items are randomized across the item locations of all 4 games
